As the founder of HR Strategy Alliance, she is known for helping organizations solve complex HR challenges, enhance workforce performance, and align people strategies with business goals.
Nicki holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources Management and is SHRM-certified, bringing deep expertise across the full HR spectrum—including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development.
Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations across diverse industries to optimize operations, foster employee engagement, and implement best practices that support sustainable growth.
